I’m Kristin DiCarlo, Nurse Practitioner. I created Mind Body Wellness because I believe that women want and deserve more when it comes to their health.

  • Support for common mental health issues including depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, and life transitions.

  • Management of common concerns such as insomnia, restless legs syndrome and sleep apnea.

  • Assessment and treatment of common issues such as:

    • Rashes, moles and minor skin infections

    • Acne

    • Allergies

    • Colds, Sore Throat, and Sinus Symptoms

    • Urinary Tract Infections

    • Conjunctivitis

  • Renewal of medications for stable medical issues (as clinically indicated). Note: No controlled medications or pain management.

  • Contraception, family planning, STI testing and treatment.

  • No access to a primary care provider? We can help with early management of pregnancy including labs, referrals, ultrasounds and counselling.
