Addressing the Layers of Healing

Your healing journey begins with a thorough and individualized assessment with Kristin DiCarlo, Nurse Practitioner. Through in depth health review, relevant diagnostic testing, and examination of each area of your life, we will identify and address the underlying factors contributing to your mental health struggles and formulate a personalized plan of care. Our holistic approach recognizes the interplay of physical and emotional health, as well as external contributing variables, stressors, and life circumstances as important factors affecting wellbeing.

Optimizing Brain and Body Health

Foundational to a healthy emotional life is a healthy brain and body. Beyond just traditional medical treatments, we also deep dive into the power of complimentary therapies and lifestyle transformation to support mental health and healing. Grounded in the pillars of lifestyle medicine and using evidence based treatments and interventions, you’ll learn to build and sustain life-enhancing habits that promote health and happiness. Key components include addressing factors such as exercise and physical movement, sleep, nutrition, and stress management.

Coaching and Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy provides a secure space to explore thoughts, develop coping strategies, and enhance emotional wellbeing. Cognitive coaching teaches practical skills for lasting change, empowering you to manage your mind and emotions, overcome challenges such as lack of confidence, fear and overwhelm, and personal changes and difficulties. You’ll optimize physical and mental health, and enhance your personal life. We’ll help you incorporate newly acquired skills and changes into your routine, and provide ongoing support for challenges as they arise.

Integrative Sleep Support and Management

$150/ 50 minute consultation

Offering integrative and evidence based solutions for sleep disturbances such as insomnia, restless legs syndrome, and sleep apnea. Enhance sleep quality, restore healthy sleep patterns, and improve well-being through a combination of behavioral approaches and lifestyle modification, along with traditional and holistic treatments.

Includes in depth assessment, relevant diagnostic testing, as well as labs, and referrals.

Mental Health “All-in-One”

$150/ 50 minute consultation

Experience comprehensive care and management of common mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, burnout, and stress.

Includes thorough assessment, diagnosis, relevant laboratory investigations, and treatment with both traditional and holistic approaches as indicated. Includes coaching and /or psychotherapy.

Psychotherapy & Coaching

Psychotherapy provides a secure space to explore thoughts, developing coping strategies, and enhance emotional well-being. Navigate emotional challenges, transitions, and work through personal difficulties.
